Because our services involve dedicated time allocations, custom schedule planning, and reserved session availability, the following policy governs booking deposits, cancellations, and refund requests.
1. Booking Deposits
Prices displayed on www.momentfollowphoto.com represent initial booking deposits required to reserve dedicated photography dates and initiate custom itinerary preparation.
Deposit Allocation: Booking deposits directly reserve your photographer’s schedule and cover pre-session administrative logistics and session planning.
Service Nature: As our photography engagements are custom-planned per client request, all bookings are treated as tailored service arrangements.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you need to cancel a reserved photography engagement, written notice must be sent to team@momentfollowphoto.com. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of preparation and timing of the request:
Prior to Custom Preparation: If a cancellation request is received in writing before initial itinerary planning or photographer assignment has commenced, a refund of the booking deposit may be issued, less reasonable administrative costs.
After Preparation Commences: Once custom session preparation, itinerary mapping, or photographer scheduling has officially commenced, booking deposits become strictly non-refundable due to the dedicated reservation of operational resources.
Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations requested within 14 calendar days of the agreed session date are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Requests
We understand that travel arrangements and schedules may change. Where possible, momentfollowphoto will attempt to accommodate date or location adjustments:
Notice Period: Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 calendar days prior to the original session date.
Availability: Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability and photographer scheduling.
Transferability: Retained booking deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled session date within 12 months of the original reservation, provided mutual agreement is reached.
4. Merchant Cancellation and Unforeseen Circumstances
In the rare event that momentfollowphoto must cancel a scheduled engagement due to sudden emergency circumstances, severe illness, or extreme weather conditions rendering on-location visual recording unsafe or impossible:
Alternative Resolution: We will first attempt to reschedule the session to a mutually acceptable alternative date or location.
Full Refund: If rescheduling is not viable, momentfollowphoto will issue a full refund of the booking deposit paid for the affected engagement.
5. Post-Session Delivery
Once a custom photography session has been conducted and final digital files have been processed and delivered, refunds are not applicable.
Our team undertakes detailed consultation prior to each session via our online enquiry forms to ensure visual preferences and expectations are clearly understood. If you experience technical difficulties accessing delivered digital media files, our administrative team will provide assistance to resolve access issues.
